Our fully trained reception team (Care Navigators) will ask for your symptoms when making an appointment:

  • To help us find an appointment that best meets your needs
  • To spot any urgent signs and symptoms
  • To allow the doctor or nurse to be fully prepared for your arrival
  • Please indicate to the receptionist if your reason for booking is of a sensitive or personal nature.
  • You can write this down or we can speak with you away from the front desk.
