When We Are Closed

You can start a consultation with our GPs, online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, just click the link here to start an online consultation and you will receive a reply by the end of the next working day.


If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens and you are telephoning between :

  • 6 pm and 6:30pm weekdays  call: Go-To-Doc on 0161 336 5958.
  • At all other times  If you require urgent medical assistance that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens please call NHS 111 by dialling:  1-1-1.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency, you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath are amongst some conditions that constitute an emergency.
